Sprava (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not receive your Apple ID credentials or Google account passwords.

When you interact with Sprava, you may provide content such as text queries, voice inputs, images, or other information. This content is processed to provide responses and deliver the core functionality of the AI assistant.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

  • Log Data: IP address, timestamps, and basic request metadata.
  • Usage Data: Interaction events, features used, session duration, and engagement metrics.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, language, and technical identifiers.
  • Diagnostics and Crash Data: Information related to app performance and errors.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
  • Generate AI-powered responses and deliver requested functionality.
  • Monitor usage patterns and improve product quality and user experience.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers

Sprava uses third-party service providers to deliver core functionality and maintain the Services. In particular:

  • OpenAI is used to process user inputs and generate AI-powered responses.
  • Firebase is used for infrastructure, analytics, and crash reporting.

When you use Sprava, the content you submit (such as text or voice inputs) may be transmitted to these service providers solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality, operating the Services, and improving product performance.

We do not transmit your Apple ID credentials or Google account credentials to third-party AI providers. Only the information necessary to deliver the requested functionality is processed.

User interactions may be processed to improve the quality and performance of our AI systems. Such processing may occur in aggregated or anonymized form where possible and in accordance with our internal data protection practices.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

We process Personal Information based on one or more of the following legal grounds (as applicable):

  • Performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request).
  • Legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Services).
  • Compliance with legal obligations.
  • Your consent, where required by applicable law.

5. Data Sharing

We may share information:

  • With our service providers (such as OpenAI and Firebase) to operate and improve the Services.

We do not sell Personal Information, do not display third-party advertising, and do not use affiliate marketing links.

Technical logs and usage data may be retained for limited periods for security, analytics, and quality assurance purposes, in accordance with our internal retention policies.
